Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations come up, and these will always be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis.
